Our Programs and Projects


Human Trafficking – Provides a basic understanding of incidence, recruitment, grooming, controls, keeping our children safe and reducing human trafficking in our communities.

Social Media Safety—Provides an overview of internet dangers and safety as well as a discussion of CSAM (pornography), a major gateway to human trafficking and what it can do to the brain.
 


Survivor Services Rescue Backpack program—provides backpacks with 33 items a newly rescued victim of human trafficking will need while an assessment and safe placement can be arranged.
 


The Next Steps Grants—provide awards to survivors who have finished their recovery program and are ready to make the next steps. This might include books and fees for college classes, transportation costs, childcare for mothers with children, or other miscellaneous costs related to independence.
 


Trafficking Free Zone—is a community awareness program to provide information and education to the businesses and residents in our communities. The purpose is to increase awareness in order to prevent potential trafficking situations
 


The Legislative Advocacy program—tracks federal and state lawmakers as they work to create and expand the laws that protect victims of human trafficking and prosecute perpetrators.
