The May 20th meeting of the Campaign Against Human Trafficking – Southshore featured Chaplain Lopez of the Women’s Detention Center. She provided an informative and inspiring message urging all of us to get educated about human trafficking and protect our children.
The Survivor Services Team presented several rescue backpacks for Chaplain Lopez to use in her work with the Women’s Detention Center and the Human Task Force.

Hilda Simmons from Travel World attended the meeting and presented a check for $2,165 donated to CAHT through the fundraising cruise earlier this year.
The cruise was a great experience for all who joined the cruise.
